Sarah Holms, LPC
My goal is to foster a space you can feel safe to explore hope and healing in your story. I honored to share the space with my clients as they openly process what is (or has) happening in their life. I work with individual adolescents and adults. I have a special passion to help young adults navigate life changes, transitions, and other obstacles they are facing. Regardless of your reasons for seeking therapy, know I value the effort it takes to reach out for support.
I have experience working with those who have concerns with depression, anxiety, OCD, grief, or have gone through recent life changes. I have extensive background in evidence based treatments including Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention. I have experience working in outpatient and higher levels of care settings.
I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Biblical Studies from Evangel prior to completion of a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Evangel University. Sarah is a nationally certified counselor and a CIT in the state of MO. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with outdoors with my husband and dog. I love to bake, sip on coffee, and engage in various means of creativity.
