Alisha Ross, MS, LPC
Alisha became a counselor because she believes in the impact good counseling can have on helping you live your best life. Her multiple years of counseling experience in the Springfield area have only solidified her commitment to make a difference in the lives of the individuals and families that live here. She brings to this practice the most contemporary and effective approaches to some of the most persistent difficulties that people face, including EMDR and fresh approaches to overcoming trauma. A native of the Buffalo, Missouri, she completed her master’s degree at Evangel University and teaches as adjunct faculty at Ozark Technical College.
When not working, Alisha enjoys camping with her children. She works with adolescents, adults, and families to break generational cycles. She guides and empowers individuals to take back control of their lives and become their best self. Alisha had to overcome hardships that were placed in her life and through counseling, she was able to take back her life! She believes that every individual deserves a safe space to heal and that change is possible for everyone. Alisha works with clients to overcome childhood trauma, relationship issues, low self-image, self-esteem, and promote personal growth using a holistic approach to healing. Alisha is ready to help you and meet you where you are when you are ready to move forward.
