● About Seeds of Hope
Real healing starts here.
Seeds of Hope was founded on a belief we carry into every session: everyone matters and lasting change begins with the courage to face what hurts. We create space for growth that’s honest, supportive, and rooted in care.
We meet you where you are.
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. We build around your goals, your story, and your pace.
We tell the truth with love.
Growth takes courage and a willingness to look inward.
We hold space for hope.
Healing takes time but you’re not alone in the process.

Lori Eby
Founder, MSW, LCSW
Lori Eby founded Seeds of Hope to create a place where therapy feels grounded, personal, and genuinely helpful. With over a decade of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, Lori brings a steady presence and a deep belief that change is possible, even in the hardest seasons. She combines clinical training from the University of Chicago with a direct, compassionate style that helps clients feel seen and supported. Lori is passionate about helping people navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, and big life transitions. Outside the office, she’s happiest with her family, her dogs, and a good book somewhere outdoors.
