Support for Trauma, Religious Experiences, and ADHD

The path toward healing isn't always easy, but it is worth taking. Deep suffering can often open the door to real transformation. My goal is to provide a safe, trauma-informed space where we can explore your past hurts and current strengths to discover a healthier sense of wholeness.

I bring a unique perspective shaped by living overseas for 20 years and navigating my own experience with chronic pain. I understand what it is like to feel "foreign,” whether in a new environment or within your own body.

I work with clients of all ages facing anxiety, depression, trauma, adverse religious experiences, and ADHD. My background as a Special Education teacher allows me to understand the specific hurdles children face. Additionally, my co-therapist Blanca (a therapy dog) is available to offer cuddles and comfort during our sessions.
